I’m a veterinarian by training and a business leader by evolution, with over 30 years of experience spanning clinical practice, corporate leadership, and strategic transformation across the animal health industry.

I’m also the son of a veterinarian, which means I’ve been connected to this profession my entire life. From the back rooms of my father’s practice to the boardrooms of some of the most prominent players in animal health, veterinary medicine has shaped how I think, lead, and serve.

For the first decade of my career, I practiced small animal medicine—first as an associate and later as a practice owner. That foundation continues to inform my perspective: rooted in patient care, team dynamics, and the day-to-day challenges faced by practitioners.

Over the past two decades, I’ve held senior leadership roles in commercial, marketing, and strategic functions with organizations including Pfizer Animal Health (now Zoetis), Thrive Pet Healthcare, and Antech Diagnostics. I’ve led national teams, launched category-defining products, built marketing and corporate account sales functions, and helped guide complex organizations through integration, turnaround, and growth.

Throughout my career, I’ve managed or amplified some of the industry’s most trusted and innovative brands, including: Rimadyl®, Cerenia®, Dexdomitor®, Antisedan®, Vanguard®, Felocell®, Simparica®, Apoquel®, Cytopoint®, Palladia®, and KeyScreen™.

I founded Telion Animal Health Consulting to support companies operating at inflection points—whether launching, scaling, restructuring, or integrating. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and informed by deep, hands-on experience across the full animal health landscape.

At this stage in my career, I’m focused on work that is purposeful and impactful. Strategy, when done well, is a form of service—and I’m here to help leaders make confident decisions that move people, businesses, and the profession forward.
